Learning Disability Assessments

At White Oaks, we offer specialist assessments to identify whether your child is presenting with a learning disability. Our team uses gold-standard tools and a strengths-based approach to build a clear picture of your child’s cognitive ability and adaptive functioning.

Learning Disability Assessments

Each assessment includes:

  • Review of background information and questionnaires.

  • WISC-V (Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children, Version Five) for your child, completed at the clinic.

  • Vineland-3 Adaptive Behaviour Scales which is completed with the parents/carers only. This is carried out at the clinic.

  • Write up and generation of comprehensive report pack including diagnostic decision and recommendations.
