Alexis has over 25 years of experience in education, including leadership and SENDCo roles, with a strong commitment to inclusive practice. She is passionate about ensuring every child feels seen, valued, and supported to succeed. As a Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) and Designated Teacher, Alexis advocates tirelessly for vulnerable learners, working closely with families and external agencies to help every child thrive.
