Key Experience

• Neurodevelopmental assessment: Experience contributing to ADHD, Autism and combined assessment pathways, including observations, structured interviews, psychometric assessment and report writing.

• Direct work and rapport: Skilled in building relationships with neurodivergent children and young people, adapting communication and activities to individual needs, interests and developmental levels.

• Collaborative working: Experience working with psychologists, parents, teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to understand and support young people across different contexts.

• Research and analysis: Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, with experience using SPSS, Excel, Gorilla and SONA.

• Organisation and autonomy: Experienced in coordinating assessments, observations, interviews, reports and direct work while managing competing priorities
